$28-35 p/h + 1.5x Overtime

This company are market-leaders in their industry and due to already-in-motion expansion plans, with exciting contracts and projects firmly in place, are now looking to add an ambitious and motivated Mechanical Technician to their Engineering department.
In this role, you will be working autonomously with the Manufacturing and Engineering teams, assisting with an exciting variety of tasks, such as assembly, product development, testing, project planning and more! If travelling the words excites you, you also have the opportunity to take advantage of fully expensed trips around the world, supporting installations and assisting customers working with the Project Managers and Engineers on site-surveys.
This role would suit an ambitious Mechanical Technician - looking to fully enhance their skillset and career, working on top-secret projects and world class products.
The role:
- Working closely with the Engineering team, assisting with an array of Mechanical duties
- Monday - Friday; 40 hour week, with overtime available paid at 1.5x
- After training, the optional opportunity to travel globally, working with Project Engineers
- Mechanical Assembly, Testing, Installations, Product Development, Fixturing etc
The person:
- Genuinely looking to enhance their skillset and progress their career
- Mechanically minded (Cellular / RF would give you an advantage)
- Any Electrical exposure would give you a significant advantage, however - not essential
- Plumbing/ HVAC, Sheet Metal, Fabrication or any Mechanical Manufacturing background
