Mechanical Project Manager
Dartford (Covering London and Kent)
£45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Excellent Progression + External Training + Company Vehicle + Holidays + Pension
Are you a project manager with a background in Plumbing / Mechanical services and looking to join a fast growing business where you will play a significant role in the company's growth moving forward.
My client specialises in mechanical, plumbing, heating and electrical services and offer their customers a wide range of services. They pride themselves on offering a high quality service to their expanding list of customers throughout London and Kent.
The main focus of this role is to manage the mechanical projects from inception to completion. All projects will be within a commercial setting and include installation work on new builds and refurbishments. The main focus is to ensure all correct labour is on site and correct materials and price work is completed before projects begin, then managing and overseeing of most work carried out on site. The work will be within the London and Kent area and it will be a mixture of site based and office based.

The role:
- Managing project from inception to completion
- Assist with pricing of projects
- Liasing with clients
- Supervising of labour on site
- Work will be new builds and refurbishment work
The person:
- Come from a Plumbing / Mechanical background
- 2-3 years' experience as a Project Manager / Supervisor
- Based close to Dartford
