Mechanical Plant Fitter
£30,000 to £40,000 + Specialist training + Overtime opportunities + Benefits
Burnley, Lancashire (Commutable from: Manchester, Preston, Blackburn, Halifax, Bury, Rochdale)
Are you an Engineer / Fitter, with experience working with plant / machinery, looking to join a leading company, where you will enjoy a stable Monday to Friday role, with specialist industry training on new equipment?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, where you will work in a close-knit team of fitters and have chance to progress in the future.
The company are a leader in their field developing and manufacturing specialist plant machinery and equipment for companies across the world. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add additional technicians to their growing team.
In this role you will work at the companies Burnley workshop and in the field, servicing and maintaining new and used machinery.
The role would suit an engineer or fitter with experience in plant machinery, forklifts, agricultural machines, vans etc, who is looking for training and progression in a new industry.
The Role:
- Mechanical Fitter
- Repair / service machinery
- Test and inspection of equipment
- Monday to Friday, £30,000 to £40,000
The Person:
- Experience working on machinery
- Could be from plant / agricultural / motor / forklift background
- Commutable to Burnley
