Mechanical Maintenance / Reliability Engineer
£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Progression + Enhanced Company Benefits

Are you familiar with Maintenance Reliability / CMMS? Are you looking to step into a role as the subject matter expert for the flagship UK site of a multi-million pound business?
On offer is the chance to join an industry leader, in a crucial role to their sites operation. You will be given a structured development plan to upskill into the specialist role, where you will then be given full autonomy to use your skills & experience to implement new processes and improvements, contributing to the plants on-going success.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key figure within a well-established leadership team. There will be further progression available as you serve time with the business to roles at the level of GM and Director.
This role works cross functionally alongside the maintenance and project teams, where you'll design and implement new maintenance plans, ensure assets are kept in good working conditions, and work on asset / infrastructure improvements through CapEx tasks.
This role suits a Reliability Engineer, or an Engineering / Maintenance Manager with previous experience covering Reliability and/or CapEx as a part of their responsibilities.
Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders, Supervisors etc looking to take a step up are also encouraged to apply.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 37 hour week
- Working on machine reliability and upgrades
- Working cross functionally in a subject specialist role
The Person:
- Strong maintenance background in a process industry
- NVQ / HNC / HND or other relevant engineering qualification
- Ideally a mechanical background
