This role would suit a Mechanical or HVAC Foreman looking for long-term growth into Superintendent-level positions, alongside excellent benefits, bonus potential, and a vehicle package.

The Role:

  • Lead mechanical and HVAC crews on small-to-medium projects
  • Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Ensure schedules, materials, and inspections are managed from start through completion

The Candidate:

  • Mechanical or HVAC construction project experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing a crew on mechanical projects
  • EPA certification
  • Looking for a rewarding role with an exciting company growing rapidly
