£32,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Training + Career Progression + Enhanced Rate Overtime + Early Finish on Friday + Private Pension
Workshop based, commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury, Ringwood, Lymington, Weymouth and surrounding areas
Are you a Mechanical Fitter or Mechanical Assembler looking for a local days based role, where you will receive further technical training to become a recognised task expert, where you will have the ability to increase your earnings through optional premium overtime all whilst retaining a great work life balance with early finishes on Fridays?
On offer is the opportunity for a motivated Mechanical Fitter to develop their skillset technically and gain specific training into a bespoke and exciting industry, working within a team of Expert engineers where you will gain both in-house and external training to progress your career and get recognition within the Business.
This company, established for over 4 decades boast a small close knit team of 25 employees in the UK with global offices, renowned for their bespoke highly complex automated machinery that have now expanded into the largest facility to date.
This role would suit an motivated Mechanical Fitter looking to get their foot in the door of a industry leader within a motivated and expert team of likeminded individuals all whilst maintaining a great work-life balance and boosting earnings with optional overtime.
The Role:
*Assembly, repair and breakdown of bespoke equipment
*Workshop Based, working 8.30am-5.15pm Monday - Thursday and finishing at 1pm on fridays
*Excellent Training and Progression opportunities
