$90,000 - $115,000 + 6% 401(k) match + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Bi-Annual Bonus

This role would suit a Design Engineer with a background in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics engineering who is looking for more than just design work.
The Role
- Take designs from concept through to production, ensuring they meet customer and manufacturing needs.
- Collaborate with welders, technicians, and engineers to bring projects to life, introducing best practices and process improvements.
- Be hands-on with the product - including learning welding, assembly, and manufacturing methods - to fully understand how designs translate to real-world builds.
