Are you from a Marine background looking for real progression (all the way to Director) as part of a globally backed organization?
Do you feel now is the right time to utilize your technical skills to help train and mentor others, being the go-to specialist on-site in Miami?
In this role, you'll be based at the Miami facility where you'll guide six technicians, handle troubleshooting, review drawings and drive technical improvements across the team.
This is a brand new position, giving you the freedom to really make this role your own.
You can expect bonuses, raises and genuine long-term progression to Senior Marine Engineer and then Technical Director - all within a few years if you showcase your ability!
The Role:
- Support technicians with troubleshooting and upgrades
- Lead root cause analysis on engines, propulsion and controls
- Review drawings and technical documentation
- Work autonomously and improve team capability
The Person:
- Marine or Mechanical Engineering background
- Strong understanding of engines and marine systems
- Confident with diagnostics and reading drawings
- Driven to grow into senior and leadership roles
