Witney, commutable from Oxford, Cirencester, Swindon, Abingdon, Didcot, Cheltenham

This company are in a period of ongoing expansion due to a boom in demand for their products. They have exciting plans to expand into the US market in the near future, and pride themselves on their cutting-edge technology and the way they treat their staff. They manufacture medical products and are committed to making these as affordable and widely-available as possible, and are looking to recruit someone who shares in that ethos. Due to a recent internal promotion, they are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team of experts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to undertake comprehensive training before starting in a position with enormous long-term potential, both in terms of technical development as well as career advancement. After training, you will initially be responsible for manufacturing products, stock control, quality assurance, completing paperwork and testing.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Technician or someone with a scientific background, looking to future-proof their career by starting in a role with rare opportunities for development.

The Role:

  • Manufacturing product batches within a laboratory environment
  • Will aid in product development, prototypes and trial products
  • Site-based role in Witney, with a standard working week of Monday to Friday (9am-5pm are the core hours, although this can be flexible to suit the individual)


The Candidate:

  • Should have some exposure to laboratory environments, as well as basic competency
  • Will be able to follow work instructions, SOPs and protocols
  • Will be adaptable, and happy to occasionally help out in other areas
