Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in forming or fabrication, looking to take technical ownership of a critical production line and drive real process improvements?

On offer is the opportunity to become the go-to technical expert within a growing, well-established manufacturer, where you'll lead process refinement initiatives, improve first pass yield, and help shape the future of operations.

This company is a long-established, privately owned manufacturer supplying complex engineered systems into highly regulated industries. With over a century of success and a strong project pipeline following major contract wins, they are investing heavily in both their facilities and their people. Employee development is a genuine priority, with tuition, certifications and further education fully supported and funded.

On offer is a technically challenging role where you will become the Subject Matter Expert for forming operations, initially focused on rolling processes. By analysing equipment interaction, tooling, material behaviour and workflow, you'll develop repeatable, documented best practices that drive measurable improvements in output and quality.

This role would suit a hands-on Manufacturing or Process Engineer who enjoys analysing production challenges, improving systems, and building long-term technical capability within a stable and growing organisation.

The Role:

  • Take technical ownership of forming operations (roll forming, extrusion and related processes)
  • Develop standardised process documentation, tooling best practices and work instructions
  • Analyse workflow, production output and equipment performance to improve First Pass Yield

The Candidate:

  • Experience in manufacturing engineering within forming, fabrication or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of production workflow, process improvement and equipment interaction
  • Ability to analyse manufacturing processes and implement structured improvements
  • Receive ongoing mentoring, technical training, and professional development from experienced engineering leaders
