Are you an Operations Manager from a manufacturing background, looking to take over the ownership of a manufacturing plant leading a team of around 100 employees, where you can implement your own management style?
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take a lead role in plant operations, improve processes, and put your own stamp on a manufacturing facility.
The company manufacture products for a wide range of industries globally. With multiple facilities across the US, they are going through a period of growth and expansion, and are known for great company culture and a commitment to promoting from within.
You will be a Operation, Plant or General Manager, who holds a degree and has a background in process engineering/manufacturing.

The role:
- Oversee daily operations of the whole manufacturing facility
- Indirect management of a team of around 100
- Management of metrics, KPIs, production outputs and targets
- Implement cost savings and process improvements
The person:
- Operations, Plant, General Manager
- Hold a degree, ideally in engineering
- Have a background in Process engineering/manufacturing
