Manufacturing Engineer
$75,000 - $90,000 + Progression + 401k + Medical + Dental + Vision + Training
Clewiston, Florida (Commutable from: Belle Glade, LaBelle, Moore Haven, South Bay, Pahokee)
Are you a Manufacturing Engineer looking for a hands-on role where you will receive lots of training and a clear path to site leadership and Director of Operations?
On offer is a chance to work closely with a small team including the Director of Engineering & VP of operations. You will be given all the tools to become a technical leader in a bespoke industry.
This company are a specialist manufacturer with a strong track record of internal taking care of their employees. You will become the lead engineer onsite, working closely with the VP of Operations and Engineering Director.
On offer is a varied and practical role focused on site improvement projects. You'll take responsibility for tasks such as maintaining and upgrading plant equipment, leading projects, and identifying areas for technical improvement.
This role would suit a hands-on engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background looking to for future progression into senior operations.
The Role:
- Lead and support site-based engineering and improvement projects
- Work closely with site leadership on operations and strategy
- Monday to Friday, days based role
The Candidate:
- Background in manufacturing, plant, or industrial engineering
- Looking to progress into site leadership
