$75,000 - $85,000 + Bonuses

The role:
Maintain and troubleshoot CNCs, robotics, and PLC-driven systems
Lead setups, installations, and continuous improvement projects
Keep production lines running reliably across the overnight shift
Overtime available after 45 hours, plus a $1/hr shift premium
The person:
Experienced in maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting in manufacturing
Familiar with CNCs, robotics, or automation equipment
Practical, reliable, and comfortable working 3rd shift hours
Looking for long-term stability, strong pay, and room to grow
