Are you an Industrial Maintenance Technician with electrical and PLC experience looking to work with advanced automation technology in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment?
On offer is a technically varied 2nd shift role where you will work across electrical systems, Allen Bradley PLCs, servo drives, VFDs and Yaskawa robotics -- giving you genuine exposure to some of the most in-demand technology in modern manufacturing.
This company are a well-established food manufacturer with a strong reputation in their sector, operating a high-speed production facility with advanced automation and a culture of investing in their maintenance team. You will be joining a business that values technical expertise and provides structured on-the-job training to develop your skillset further.
The role covers both electrical and mechanical maintenance across a high-speed bakery manufacturing environment, with responsibility for troubleshooting, repair, installation and working with complex schematics and diagrams. You will have the opportunity to develop your PLC and robotics programming knowledge on some of the most widely used systems in the industry.
This role would suit an Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical knowledge and some PLC experience looking to develop their automation and robotics skills in a technically challenging high-speed manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- 2nd shift, Monday to Friday with overtime available on Saturdays
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance across a high-speed production facility
- Working with Allen Bradley PLCs, servo drives, VFDs and Yaskawa robotics palletisers
- Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints and parts specifications
The Candidate:
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical knowledge including single and three phase systems up to 600V
- Some PLC knowledge or programming experience (Allen Bradley preferred)
