Maintenance Supervisor (Flexible 3rd Shift)

This organization is investing heavily in to new equipment and processes to optimize their manufacturing, they are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to play a vital role in the maintenance and engineering of their site. You will lead a team of Technicians and contractors through preventative maintenance and upgrade projects across the plant. This role has a flexible 3rd shift start and finish time, anywhere from 16:00 - 04:00, working an 8 hour shift.
Great opportunity for a Maintenance Leader to work across key projects, receive training, succession planning and a great company package whilst significantly contributing to the company's success and continued growth.
The Position:
- Lead a team of Technicians across pre planned and reactive maintenance programs
- Play a key role in developing the team and working with contractors, 25% hands on
- Work across expansion and development projects across the plant
- 8 hour 3rd shift position with flexibility on start and finish time (between the hours of 16:00 - 04:00)
The Person:
- Maintenance Leader
- Manufacturing, process, industrial engineering or similar background
- Willing to work flexible 3rd shift
