They have multiple sites worldwide, and due to their ongoing success and an internal promotion, they are now looking for a new Maintenance Superintendent to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience within an industrial / heavy manufacturing maintenance setting, looking to build their career within a growing and stable business.
The Role:
- Lead and develop your own maintenance team, with direct reports and skilled trades under your wing
- Oversee all maintenance operations - scheduling, preventative/predictive work, annual shutdowns - while staying hands-on when needed
- Drive continuous improvements and support capital / reliability projects alongside the Reliability team
- Champion health and safety across the department
- Monday - Friday, days based role
The Person:
- Maintenance background
- Strong supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience within a heavy manufacturing / industrial setting (including: plant, steel, automotive, wood, oil & gas)
