The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment and be ready to move into a planning-focused position.
The Role:
- Coordinate all maintenance activities with the Maintenance Superintendent to keep the site running smoothly
- Own the CMMS, ensuring accurate records, safety compliance, and quick resolution of recurring issues
- Plan and schedule work, working with leadership, vendors, and contractors to get jobs done on time
- Manage parts and materials, making sure everything needed is ready and ordering non-stock items
- Drive reliability, tracking KPIs, reviewing downtime, and implementing solutions to boost performance
The Person:
- Maintenance experience in a heavy or industrial environment
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical and reliability fundamentals
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
- Ideal for a Millwright or similar role looking to move into an office-based role
