Maintenance Operative (Further Training)
£35,000 - £40,000 + Further Training + Local Patch + Company Vehicle + Premium Overtime + Early Friday-Finish + No Callouts + No Stays Away + Door-to-Door + Fuel Card + Monday-Friday
Covering a Local Patch: Commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Carterton, Witney, Oxford and Surrounding Areas
Are you a hands-on individual with experience with general property maintenance work such as basic plumbing, carpentry, joinery, plastering or similar looking to work within a local patch as part of a close-knit team with no callouts and further training opportunities?
On offer is a varied and interesting role with further training opportunities and the chance to progress within a day based local role all whilst further bolstering your earnings through premium overtime opportunities.
This company has been established for over 50 years and are respected across the south for being one of the best in their field, they pride themselves on the quality and efficiency of their service, due to ongoing growth and new contracts, they are looking to take on additional Maintenance Operatives to support the team.
On offer is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of building maintenance work or similar to join a dynamic company and be offered excellent technical training to help them thrive. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance works from small to large projects, all based within a local patch.
This role would suit anyone with experience of general property maintenance work looking for a long-term career opportunity, with ongoing technical development alongside an interesting day to day work life.
The Role:
*Covering a variety of Maintenance and Refurbishments across a local patch
*Hours of 7:30-5:00 Monday to Thursday with an Early Friday Finish
*Further Training and Development Opportunities
The Candidate:
*Experience with general property maintenance work such as basic plumbing, carpentry, joinery, plastering or similar
*Looking for further career development
*Must hold UK Drivers license
