£60,000 - £68,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Further Industry Training + Technical Qualifications + Excellent Pension + Healthcare Payment Plan + Mon-Fri Flexi-Time + High Autonomy + Site & Field Based.

Commutable from Colchester, Ipswich, Clacton-on-Sea, Braintree, Felixstowe and surrounding areas.

Are you a self starting, motivated Senior Maintenance, Facilities or Operations Manager with experience in healthcare, modular or highly regulated facilities environments looking to join an internationally-renowned unique manufacturer and service provider in a highly autonomous role, where you will manage the performance of maintenance, operational and facilities based teams, processes and technically diverse projects?

Within this pivotal role, you will have full responsibility for the continued efficiency of the maintenance operations department and overall maintenance strategic direction across project sites. You will also be tasked with implementing effective and productive monitoring/ management systems and processes within the function of the division whilst being the go to technical hub for maintenance and operations issues, health & safety compliance and standards. Candidates with Senior Maintenance, Facilities or Operations Manager with experience in healthcare, modular or highly regulated facilities environments experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

  • Management and Monitoring of maintenance division operations and projects
  • Creating and developing new processes and standards across the business
  • Budget Management, Resource Allocation, Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Monday - Friday, days based

The Person:

  • Management experience of divisional operations, managers and maintenance teams
  • Experience within healthcare, modular or highly regulated facilities environments
  • Commutable from Colchester, Ipswich, Clacton-on-Sea, Braintree, Felixstowe and surrounding areas.
