Maintenance Engineer / Director (Buildings)

This position is for a senior living community. You will be a key member of the maintenance team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all operations and personnel on the maintenance side, managing budgets and forecasting costs, and to train and mentor maintenance staff.

The role:
- Overseeing all operations and personnel on the maintenance side.
- Managing budgets and forecasting costs.

The Person:
- Previous experience in property and/or large building maintenance.
- Previous experience in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and/or electrics.
- US Work Authorization.
