£35,000 - £41,000 + Technical Training + Career Progression + Optional Overtime paid at 2x + 33 Days Holiday + Flexible working (4 or 5 day working week)

Factory Based, Commutable from Weston-Super-Mare and surrounding areas

This is a great opportunity where you will focus on mechanical PPM repairs and fitting on bespoke equipment with long term training on external courses and the route of career progression into maintenance and supervisory roles.

This role will suit an Engineer, Fitter or Technician who is looking for a days-based role that offers fantastic training, career progression, optional premium overtime and a close-knit team.

The Role:
*General Maintenance of machinery focussing on PPM Maintenance.
*37 hours per week either 4 or 5 days a week
*Lots of technical training via in house and external manufacturers
*Working within a manufacturing facility with a team that offers training plans and progression

The Person:
*Previous Maintenance Engineering experience
*Looking for a days based role
*Looking for a company that offer training and career progression
