In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant equipment, assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting reliability initiatives to ensure consistent operational performance.
The Role:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across plant machinery and equipment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and automated system issues
- Work alongside the maintenance team to ensure high operational standards
The Person:
- Maintenance experience from a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution background
- Mechanical, electrical, or automation expertise
- Team player looking to contribute to a high-performing operations team
