£44,000 - £48,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Overtime + Excellent Company Benefits

Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly growing, global manufacturer offering a long-term, stable role alongside opportunities for training and further growth.
On offer is this 4 on 4 off shift pattern role with an industry leading business who are renowned for looking after their staff, which is reflected in their longstanding workforce.
With 80 years' experience, these global leaders are continuing to dominate the food manufacturing industry. Due to further growth, they are know seeking an individual to join their Maintenance team.
This is a rotating Days and Night shift pattern. You will undertake preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across the production site. Training is provided, allowing you to further your technical skills.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to join a well-established global leader and receive further training and the chance to increase earnings through overtime.
The Role:
- Reactive and preventive maintenance and a range of plant equipment.
- 4 on 4 off Fixed Shift Pattern - rotating days and nights.
- Further training and opportunities for long-term career progression.
The Person:
- Maintenance/ Shift engineer.
- Mechanical or Electrical experience.
- Commutable to Maidstone.
