£45,000 - £50,000 + Training + Day-Based + Excellent Company Benefits
Site-Based - Commutable from Tunbridge Wells, Paddock Wood, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Ashford, Aylesford and surrounding areas

Are you a Maintenance Engineer from an FMCG or Manufacturing background, looking to join a successful business in a day-based role, with on-the-job training to further develop your technical skills?

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility, joining a small but highly skilled team in a supportive environment.

The company is a leading name in the food manufacturing industry and, following recent growth, they are looking to expand their close-knit engineering team.

In this role, you will carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on a variety of electro-mechanical equipment at a state-of-the-art site. This is a Monday-to-Friday, days-based position, offering excellent work-life balance.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer seeking stability, technical development, and the chance to join an industry-leading manufacturer offering a competitive package and long-term career opportunities.

The Role:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Working for a highly successful food manufacturer.
  • Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm.


The Person:

  • Background in FMCG or Manufacturing maintenance.
  • Electro-mechanical / multi-skilled experience.
  • Looking for stability, technical training, and a day-based role.
