Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)
Coldwater, Michigan (Commutable from Hillsdale, Marshall, Jackson, Sturgis, Litchfield, Osseo, Mosherville)
$65,000 - $70,000 (OTE: $75,000 - $84,000) + Regular Overtime + Progression + Training + PTO + Holiday + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + Company Phone + 401K + Other Excellent Benefits.

The Role:
- Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machinery and automated/PLC-based systems
- Assist with CNC and PLC programming, adjustments, and system improvements.
- Support equipment installations, setups, and optimization projects.
- Plenty of overtime available.
The Candidate:
- Experience with CNC machining and CNC programming.
- Exposure with PLC programming and automated equipment
- Open to regular additional overtime and interested in expanding technical skills through training.
