This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly expanding design-build contractor delivering complex projects across the U.S. You'll play a key role in shaping design strategy, collaborating closely with construction teams, and ensuring projects are optimized for cost, constructability, and client success.

The Role:
* Lead architectural design on design-build projects from concept through construction
* Collaborate closely with preconstruction, engineering, and construction teams
* Produce and review drawings, specifications, and design documentation
* Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards
* Act as a key technical advisor during client presentations and project reviews
* Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and project optimization
The Person:
* Licensed Architect (RA) - essential
* Proven experience working in a Design-Build environment
* Strong technical knowledge across architectural design and construction coordination
* Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or modular projects preferred
