$150,000 -$175,000 (DOE) + Attractive Bonus + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, + Car allowance and future 401k contributions

Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Superintendent to develop and work within their well-established construction team.
This position is field based working on site around San Jose. You will be tasked with opening the job site, conducting site walk throughs, meeting with clients, overseeing safety processes and scheduling. You will be given a structured training and development plan from the day you join to allow you to progress within the business.
The ideal candidate is someone with a construction background, who is looking for to work alongside some of the best technical professionals in the industry.

The Role:
- Oversight of field operations, subcontractors, and direct labour
- Management of construction project responsibilities, including budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder relationships, submittals, and site safety
- Technical proficiency, effective communication, and expertise in reading drawings and preparing reports.
The Person
- Residential construction background
- Experience in a Lead/General Superintendent role.
- Experience with Microsoft project is needed.
- Ambitious, with a desire for personal and professional growth
