Lead Structural Engineer (Modular Construction)

$120,000 - $125,000 + Benefits + Career Progression
Are you a Senior or Lead Structural Engineer with strong Revit and detailing experience, looking for a split between hands-on design and leadership within a fast-growing modular construction business?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious company operating in the modular/offsite sector, a market seeing rapid growth across the US. With a strong pipeline of projects and increasing demand, the business is now looking to strengthen its engineering function with a key hire who can both deliver high-quality designs and help build the team.
This is a true hybrid role, ideal for someone who still enjoys being hands-on with design, but is ready to step into a leadership position and have a bigger impact on projects, people, and overall delivery.
The Role:
* Lead structural design and detailing across modular construction projects
* Produce and review drawings using Revit and other design tools
* Support and develop junior engineers and designers
* Work closely with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure buildability
* Help implement processes to improve design efficiency and output
The Person:
* Strong background in structural detailing and design (modular preferred)
* Proficient in Revit with experience producing detailed drawings
* Experience mentoring or leading others, or ready to step into leadership
* Hands-on, practical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
