Lead Project Manager (Mechanical / HVAC / Hard FM)
£65,000 - £80,000 + Package to be agreed (Car Allowance, Holidays etc)
Home, Office and Field Based, Commutable from Heathrow, Slough, Southall, Woking, Reading, Croydon and surrounding areas
Are you a Project Manager background within Mechanical, HVAC, or Hard FM projects looking for a highly autonomous role within a rapidly growing M&E Contractor, where you will have the ability to further progress your career and oversee projects from cradle to grave?
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to oversee projects from start to finish, where you will kick start a mechanical division alongside an already highly successful electrical team, with the ability to further progress your career, overseeing projects up to £8,000,000.
This company are part of a wider group, with over 25 employee's they have established themselves are experts in the M&E Sector with an upcoming £30,000,000 project.
This role will suit a Project Manager background within Mechanical, HVAC, or Hard FM projects looking for a highly autonomous role within a rapidly growing M&E Contractor, where you will have the ability to further progress your career and oversee projects from cradle to grave?
The Role:
*Overseeing projects across the South East
*Working as part of a team focussing on Mechanical Projects alongside an Electrical Team
*Overseeing Projects ensuring site safety in conducted to the highest standard
*Reporting back to all key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of project
*Further career progression and Technical Training
The Person:
*Holds a UK License
*From a Project Management background
