180 Days On / 180 Days Off - 12-hour shift (Additional work available if desired)

Variable Hours Contract or Guaranteed Hours Contract

This role will see you commissioning, servicing, and inspecting lifeboats, davits, and winches, completing annual and 5-year inspections. You will prepare and plan site visits, complete reports and risk assessments, and liaise with vessel supervisors.

This would suit a mechanically skilled engineer with lifeboat/davit/winch experience looking for a long-term role with training and career development opportunities.

The Role:

  • Lead Mechanical Service Technician

  • Training on Rope Access & Offshore Tickets and career progression opportunities into an Assessor


The Person:

  • Mechanical engineering experience
  • Lifeboat, davit, or winch inspection, servicing, and maintenance
