£38,000 - £42,000 + Full Team Autonomy + Bonus + Optional Overtime + Technical Machinery Training + 33 Days Holiday
Workshop Based, Commutable from Dudley, Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas

Are you from a Maintenance Engineering background looking to step intoa supervisory role within a growing bespoke manufacturer that supply into globally renowned blue-chip companies, where you will have full autonomy of a three person maintenance team combined with optional overtime and an early finish on Fridays offering a great work life balance?

This is a fantastic days based opportunity to be technically challenged but also remain off the tools where you will oversee the full maintenance function whilst also being guided by the Production Manager, where you will have further scope of progression and machinery training to become a task expert.

This company have been established for over 3 decades, have a low staff turnover and constantly invest in new machinery, making it a great opportunity to build a career.

This role will suit someone from a Maintenance Engineering background with some supervisory, man-management or team leader experience looking to join a growing bespoke manufacturer.

The Role:
*Maintenance RM & PPM across the factory working alongside two maintenance engineers
*Days based with an early finish on a Friday, optional overtime, and annually paid bonus
*Further technical training, working on three-phase repairs on machinery

The Person:
*Previous background in Maintenance Engineering with a good Engineering understanding
*Looking to work as part of a small close-knit maintenance team
