Land Rights Surveyor (Energy Sector)

Oxford - Hybrid Options Available

£45,000-£55,000 + 10% Bonus + Training & Development + Progression + Pension + Holiday Days

Are you a Chartered Surveyor who is looking to make the move into the exciting, ever-expanding and future-proof energy sector?

Do you have rural or utility infrastructure experience and want to join a rapidly growing company who will actively invest in your development and progression with international opportunities as well?

This company are a Tier 1 Contractor for the energy and utility infrastructure sectors. Due to continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Land Rights Surveyor to join a new team.

In this role the successful candidate will help the company secure land rights, negotiate land access and compensation claims and deliver high land and property advice on behalf of the company's clients. This will be an office-based role in Oxford with occasional travel needed.

This is an amazing opportunity for a chartered surveyor within the rural or utility infrastructure sectors who is looking to progress their career within the ever-evolving energy sector at a growing company who will invest in your development.

The Role:

* Land Rights Surveyor
* Secure land rights, negotiate land access and compensation claims and deliver high land and property advice on behalf of the company's clients
* Training and development provided
* Progression available including international opportunities
* Based in Oxford with some travel needed

The Person:

* Chartered Surveyor
* Rural or utility infrastructure experience
* Looking to progress and develop within the energy sector
* Commutable to Oxford
* Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK indefinitely
