Laboratory Manager (Materials / Quality Testing)
Up to £42,000 + Bonus + Flexitime + Private Medical + Pension + Excellent Benefits

Established as an industry leader, the company design and manufacture critical products for some of the most demanding environments worldwide. Due to continued success, they are now looking for an experienced lab professional to take ownership of the testing and quality function.
In this role, you'll lead a small team of technicians, oversee incoming goods inspection, and ensure all testing is completed in line with international standards and procedures. You'll also support product development, ensure accreditation compliance, and maintain lab performance systems.

THE ROLE:
- Supervision of laboratory team and testing activities
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards

THE PERSON:
- Degree qualified in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering
- Experience in a manufacturing/lab-based quality or testing role
- Strong understanding of lab techniques, testing methods, and ISO standards
