Junior Utility Surveyor
North Yorkshire
£25,000 - £35,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Progression + Holidays
Have you gained some experience in surveying for Utilities and want to develop your skillset to become a fully-fledged Utility Surveyor within an established and expanding business that can offer internal progression and on-the-job training
This engineering and surveying company are industry specialists that operates throughout the Yorkshire area for both the public and private sectors. They've spent 18 years improving safety, saving costs, supporting with planning applications and ensuring regulatory compliance of sites across the UK. They're looking to expand rapidly and can offer good progression for candidates looking to further develop within the Utilities sector.
In this role, you will be working closely alongside a tight-knit team to offer services such as Utility Mapping, Laser Scanning and Surveying to support with the company's expansion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a surveying role and will have a good knowledge of Utilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a surveying background to build upon and continuously develop their skillset within a highly specialised and valued position.
The role:
* Performing utility surveys in a variety of environments
* Opportunities to assist in a wider range of surveys when required, which includes, Topographic, Monitoring, and River Surveys
* Great chance for training and progression with Chartership available for a committed and ambitious individual.
* Overtime opportunities
The Person:
* Previous experience in a surveying role and some knowledge of utilities/utility surveying
* Hard-working individual with the ability to travel across North Yorkshire
* Full UK driving license
