In this role, you will be provided with full training on the product, then you will be able to undertake a variety of responsibility, such as assisting virtually with troubleshooting, travelling to customer sites to offer support and also get involved with account development and relationship building further down the line.
This role would suit a motivated Graduate, looking for a career with a company that are truly looking to invest in you.
The role:
- Full training on the product
- Offer virtual support and troubleshooting
- Travel across the States and Internationally visiting customer sites, helping with troubleshooting and product support
- Monday - Friday (days based role)
The person:
- Looking for full training and unlimited progression opportunities
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Comfortable with occasional travel (will never be more than 20%)
- Able to read schematics and blueprints
