Excellent opportunity for Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a high growth and innovative off-site construction company with the chance to develop and progress your career.

On offer is the chance to join a well-established offsite construction company, in a role that offers training and progression, working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors.

This company are a Modular manufacturer who pride themselves on exceptional quality of all their buildings and designs from start to finish. They work in numerous sectors, ensuring an extremely high quality of all their buildings. They provide a turkey service from initial design through to completion and are experiencing extremely high growth with a big order book on their hands. Due to this, they are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit, family feel team.

In this role you will be based in Hull, working closely with senior members of the Commercial team. Your main responsibility will be to conduct take offs, monitor costs to ensure they are within budget, preparing valuations and going on site visits. You will gain great training that will enable you to progress through the business.

This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious individual with some experience Quantity Surveying in the construction or off-site construction industry with experience. You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, and have a passion for construction projects.

The Role:

  • Junior Quantity Surveyor

The Person:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Understanding of construction
  • Ambitious and willing to learn
  • Fantastic attention to detail and highly organised
  • Positive and ambitious, looking to develop your career
