This wider company have split into 6 departments to serve different needs. You will be joining the department that delivers a wide array of work across a range of domestic dwellings. This department have recently hit a turnover of £45m, growing over 400% in 6 years. The experience and expertise of the team within this department, ensures they deliver the highest caliber of service and continue to see substantial growth and an impressive order book moving forward. Due to this, they are looking for a junior Quantity Surveyor with construction experience to join their team and become a pivotal part in their ongoing success.

In this role you will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to; administrating and enforcing commercial procedures, producing monthly cost reports, placing all sub contract orders in line with main contract and business requirements and assist senior managers in the production of management accounts.

The ideal candidate will be someone with Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector, either through a Quantity Surveying degree or within a working role. The candidate will have the desire to progress and develop alongside the expertise of their team.

The Role :

Junior Quantity Surveyor
