In this role, you will be based in the Charlotte office where you will have the exciting opportunity to start off working on their small commercial upfits and remodels and progress into working on their large scale commercial projects.
You will be a key member of their upfit and remodel department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing job progress on assigned projects, overseeing job budgets, and negotiating material prices with vendors.

The role:
- Oversee each job assigned.
- Oversee job budgets.
- Negotiate material prices with vendors.
- Make regular job site inspections.
- Training and career progression.
The Person:
- Experience in plumbing or mechanical.
- Experience as a project engineer / assistant project manager / project manager / superintendent within the plumbing or mechanical industry.
- US Work Authorization
- A Valid Driving License.
