Are looking for a fixed term contract role offering full industry training and the chance to go permanent in the future?
This is an opportunity to become Junior Project Engineer where you will support the delivery and execution of complex mechanical installations for power generation and industrial process facilities across the U.S. and Latin America.
Working on projects that improve the efficiency, reliability, and thermal performance of large-scale systems, you'll support field teams through every stage - from design support and planning to installation and commissioning.
This is a hands-on, field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, precision engineering, and working on-site in dynamic industrial environments. You'll receive full training, strong mentorship, and clear progression opportunities within a technically respected and safety-driven organization.
The Role
* Conduct field surveys, measurements, and thermographic inspections on high-temperature mechanical systems.
* Compile drawings, technical data, and calculations for engineering review.
* Coordinate scope components (bolts, nozzles, clamp bands) for on-site installation.

* Liaise with Technical Managers, Engineering, and client site representatives.
* Track project progress against milestones and support commissioning documentation.
* Maintain accurate records through SharePoint and Monday.com.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
* Support daily scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
* Assist in cost tracking, billing documentation, and progress reporting.
The Person
* Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred).
* 1-2 years' experience in project coordination, site engineering, or mechanical installation.
* Knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, thermal components, or power generation.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site layouts.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to project tools such as Monday.com.
* Highly organized, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent communicator, confident in multi-stakeholder coordination.
* Willing to travel extensively (domestic and international).
