Hybrid - 3 days on-site (Month 1 Fully On-site)
£26,000 - £28,000 + Training + Private Medical Insurance + Holiday + Pension


This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer who is looking to further their skills and grow with an award-winning technology business.

This company is an established technology partner and managed service provider, specialising in unified communications and cloud contact centre solutions. They help public and private sector organisations modernise their digital infrastructure with a focus on improving customer experience and operational efficiency through system integration and digital transformation.

In this varied role, you'll provide first line support for all end-user technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed. You will manage hardware & asset management, handling the setup, maintenance, and inventory of equipment. You'll perform user account management-provisioning and decommissioning accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, while also providing essential Microsoft 365 support for tools like Teams and SharePoint. Finally, you will handle documentation & reporting, assist with demo rooms setup, and perform general help desk administration tasks like logging work orders and vendor liaison.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with hands-on IT experience, specifically with Active Directory and Microsoft 365, along with a proven ability to set up and configure laptops and other hardware. You must be within a commutable distance of Guildford and have your own transport and a full UK driving licence.

The Role:

  • Provide first line support and help desk administration.

The Person:

  • Previous hands-on IT experience in a similar role.
  • Specific expertise with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Proven ability to set up and configure laptops and hardware.
  • Must be commutable to Guildford with own transport and a full UK driving licence.
