Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Junior Estimator who is looking to join a dynamic, expanding construction firm where you will work on high end, unique Beverly Hills properties with the most exclusive clientele in the city and a company that will support you to progress your career.
Are you Junior Estimator from a Residential background, looking to work on high end residential projects in the heart of Hollywood and Beverly Hills worth up to $100m in a fast paced environment where you will further develop your Estimating skills and progress into a Senior Estimator position?
Established for 60 years, this construction firm are one of the most exciting residential construction companies in Los Angeles. They are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on High-end projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing and progressing from within. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit a Junior Estimator to help grow and develop their new Los Angeles office.
This position is office based, working on a range of local projects. You will be tasked with working alongside the estimating team and, conducting weekly site visits and meeting with clients. You will be given a structured progression plan to support you to progress into Senior Estimator.
This would suit someone in High-End residential construction, who is looking for to work alongside some of the best technical professionals in the industry and progress within a well-established business.
