Inside Sales Manager - Electrical & Connectivity Technology
Germering, Germany (On-site, Monday-Friday)
€75,000 - €100,000 OTE + 30 Days Holiday + Medical Insurance + Pension Scheme + Gym Membership + Long-Term Progression
Are you looking for an opportunity to manage and develop a high-performing sales team within a global technology business?
Do you have experience leading inside sales teams within electronics, RF, or technical industries?
I am currently representing a global manufacturer of high-speed cables, connectors, RF solutions, and semiconductor technologies. Established in the 1970s, this business operates worldwide with a multi-billion euro turnover globally and a strong presence across Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting an established inside sales team, ensuring performance targets are met, deals are progressed efficiently, and technical sales standards are maintained. This is a people-focused role, with strong involvement in coaching, problem-solving, and assisting with complex sales cycles.
The successful candidate will bring previous experience managing sales teams within a technical or electrical environment. You will receive extensive product training through a structured onboarding program, including bi-weekly training sessions and potential exposure to global teams.

The Role:
- Managing and supporting an established inside sales team
- Coaching, mentoring, and driving sales performance
- Assisting with complex deal closures and customer escalations
- Ensuring sales processes, forecasts, and KPIs are maintained
- Supporting the expansion of the German and DACH market
The Candidate:
- Previous experience managing a sales or inside sales team
- Background in electronics, electrical engineering, RF, or technology sales is desirable
- Fluent in German and English
- Driven, assertive, and commercially minded
- Degree in Business, Electronics, or Engineering desirable
