Industrial Maintenance Technician - Night Shift
Salary: $35 - $50 per hour ($72k - $104k base) + Overtime + 401k (Immediate Vesting) + 3 Weeks PTO + Specialist Training + Medical + Dental + Vision
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Commutable from: Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach)

You will lead troubleshooting efforts on cutting-edge technology, ensuring the facility remains in an optimal state of operation while receiving extensive training on pharmaceutical-grade assets.
The Role:
- Technical Lead: Act as the senior technical authority on the night shift (7p-7a), overseeing complex repairs and preventive maintenance.
- State-of-the-Art Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot high-value biopharmaceutical process equipment including pumps, centrifuges, and fluid flow systems.
- Autonomy: Manage your own workload and lead maintenance projects to ensure maximum facility uptime.
The Candidate:
- Industrial Expert: Must have a strong background in senior-level industrial maintenance (Manufacturing or Commercial experience required).
- Technical Mastery: Skilled in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of automated production machinery.
