This is an opportunity to join a leading systems integrator specializing in Ignition SCADA development for industrial automation and process control applications. You'll play a key role in delivering digital transformation projects that enhance visibility, control, and efficiency across manufacturing and industrial facilities.
Working closely with the project lead, you'll design and configure Ignition modules, develop SQL-based data solutions, and ensure the successful execution of live SCADA projects. The role offers flexibility, technical autonomy, and the chance to work with cutting-edge automation technologies.
The Role
- Develop, configure, and deploy Ignition SCADA applications.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support data visualization and reporting.
- Collaborate with project leads to define scope and deliver project milestones.
- Support system integration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain clear technical documentation throughout development.
- Typical hours: ~8 per day, flexible between 6 AM-5 PM.
The Person
- 3-5 years' experience in Ignition SCADA development.
- Solid understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and database integration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Practical SCADA experience is key.
- Available to start immediately.
