HVAC Engineer / Project Engineer (Progression)
£40,000 - £50,000 + Progression to Director + Ongoing Training + Company Vehicle + 6 Weeks Holiday + Pension

This company are well-established, and are currently experiencing an unprecedented rate of growth resulting in bigger projects being made available. They are looking for a motivated project engineer to take the lead in managing projects for some of their key clients.
This role would suit someone from a ventilation background looking to progress to director level roles, and the chance to take the lead on premium projects. You will be responsible for managing projects to a high standard by taking inbound enquiries, aiding with costs and quotations and overseeing the technical side of the process from manufacturing to installation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HVAC Engineer to step into a more senior role, and have the opportunity to manage projects as they work towards advancing within the company, being trained all the while to advance towards directorship.
The Role:
- Overseeing a range of ventilation projects from cradle to grave
- Managing sub-contract engineers to deliver projects
- Will involve ongoing training
The Candidate:
- Will be from a HVAC background
- Interested in learning more about managing projects
- Keen interest in leadership and advancing towards a director-level role
