Are you a Mechanical Ventilation Engineer who wants to be part of a close-knit team where quality, training and people actually matter?
Do you want to build a long-term career in renewables with manufacturer-led training and real support from leadership, not just another service role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established renewable energy specialist that has been operating since 1999 and has been installing renewable technology long before it became fashionable. The business works heavily within social housing and commercial environments and prides itself on protecting its engineers, maintaining high standards and delivering quality over volume.
You will be joining a close-knit mechanical team where engineers are trusted to work independently day to day but are fully supported by an operations director, managers and team leaders who are visible, approachable and hands on. There is a strong culture of feedback, regular resets, team collaboration and open communication right up to quarterly sessions with the CEO.
Training is a huge part of this role. You will have access to a dedicated training centre, internal and external courses and manufacturer-led training across MVHR, MEV and PIV systems. Whether you want to deepen your technical skillset, gain additional qualifications or simply be excellent at what you do, you will be supported every step of the way.
The person
- Experience working with MVHR, MEV or PIV systems or a strong ventilation background
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Ventilation, Plumbing or Building Services or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Customer facing and respectful with the ability to represent the company professionally
- The right attitude, takes pride in work and values being part of a team
The role
- Service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on mechanical ventilation systems
- Planned and reactive works across social housing and commercial sites
- Commissioning, airflow testing and system performance checks
- Completing reports and documentation to a high standard
- Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with paid lunch and optional overtime
