The Role:
- Act as the site HSE lead, ensuring full compliance with UK health, safety & environmental legislation
- Drive a positive safety culture across production and engineering teams
- Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support management with risk assessments, method statements, and environmental controls
The Person:
- NEBOSH or IOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a HSE Officer / Advisor role within manufacturing or engineering
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
