  • Manage HR policies, compliance, payroll support, and reporting
  • Oversee wellbeing, sickness, occupational health referrals, and reasonable adjustments

The Person:

  • Experienced HR professional with strong communication skills
  • Confident advising managers and resolving employee issues
  • Organised, professional, and able to work independently
