Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Field/Local)
Home based: Covering Raleigh and surrounding areas
$35ph - $43ph + Career Progression + Local territory + Lots of Training + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Excellent Benefits & Healthcare plan
Are you a Field Technician / Mechanic with CAT equipment experience, looking to work for a market leading organization offering specialist training and progression opportunities into management?
This is an excellent opportunity to cover a local territory in a Monday-Friday job and rarely stay away from home, alongside being paid whilst working towards additional certifications and licenses.
My client is internationally renowned in the heavy equipment industry and have a great reputation for staff retention, work life balance, and looking after their employees. Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced Field Technician/Mechanic to be based near Raleigh, NC.
You will be responsible for mechanical troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, rollers, pavers and bulldozers. This company pride themselves on continued training courses to help all employees become technical experts in their field. They also offer lots of overtime, with any work over 8-hours a day paid at time and a half.
This role would suit a Field Service Technician / Mechanic, looking to work for an organization at the forefront of the heavy equipment industry, offering continued training and progression opportunities.
The Role:
* Local territory - Rare overnight stays.
* Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on specialized heavy equipment.
* Monday - Friday / lots of overtime on offer. 1.5X pay over 8-hours a day.
* Take home truck / company card for fuel expenses / company phone and laptop
The Person:
* Field Service Technician / Mechanic.
* CAT heavy equipment experience
