Head of Sales (Hydrogen Technology)
Germany or Netherlands - Home Office/ Remote Working
€130,000 - €160,000 + Bonus + Package
Are you a senior Hydrogen specialist with sales experience looking to join a thriving global company? On offer is the chance to become head of sales for hydrogen technology where you will lead and mentor a team of professionals, whilst focusing on identifying market trends and opportunities alongside maintaining key relationships with existing accounts.
The role involves a diverse nature of sales and technical work as you will be leading negotiations and agreements but also providing the technical trainings to work closely with product development and other business units.
While being international, the Hydrogen business unit is well organized, with a great sense of pride in what they do. The team of big goals of being the market leader in the hydrogen technology and the position gives a clear quick path to directorship.
The Person:
- Must have experience in Hydrogen technology and deep knowledge
- Engineering educated
- Massive sales experience in the industry ideally in leadership role
- Willing to travel to meet clients and industry events
The Role:
- Lead of all sales strategies in Hydrogen Solutions
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve huge business unit goals
- Contract negotiation, key account and profitability work
- Opportunity to step into director role
